How to reset eClass password | 如何重置eClass帳戶密碼

The following is the eClass website of our school, please check for input errors before logging in.

以下是我校eClass網站，請在登錄前檢查是否輸入錯誤。

This method below applies to the situation where the Email address is registered in eClass system can be used normally.

Email address registered for a student account: The student's Google email (e.g., student ID@stu.pkc.edu.hk)

Email address registered for a parent account: The parent's personal email address. (Each unique email address can only be linked to one eClass parent account. If a parent has two children studying at Pui Kiu College, two separate email addresses are required, and so on.)

以下方法適用於用戶在eClass系統內登記的電子郵件地址可以正常使用的情況。

學生戶口登記的電子郵件地址 : 學生的Google電郵 (例: 學生編號@stu.pkc.edu.hk)

家長戶口登記的電子郵件地址 : 家長的私人電郵 (每一個獨立電郵地址只能匹配到一個eClass 家長戶口, 如有兩名一名子女就讀培僑書院, 便需要兩個獨立的電郵地址, 餘此類推)

1.If you forget your password, please go to the eClass website and click Reset Password.

如果您忘記密碼，請進入eClass網站並點擊重置密碼。

2.The following input box will appear at the top of the browser, please fill in the login name in the box.

瀏覽器頂部會出現以下輸入框，請在框中填寫登錄編號。

3.Upon successful submission, you will receive the prompt below and you will receive an email in Email about resetting your eClass password.

成功提交後，您將收到以下提示，並且您將在電子郵箱中收到一封有關重置 eClass 密碼的電子郵件。

4.Click the link in the email to enter the password modification page.

點擊郵件中的鏈接，進入密碼修改頁面。

5.Please pay attention to the new password requirements, you can use the new password to log in to eClass after submission.

請留意新密碼要求，提交後即可使用新密碼登錄eClass。 

6.If the user fails to receive an email in Email about password reset in mailbox, the registered email address may be incorrect. Please call the Pui Kiu College General Office (Tel: 26023166) for further assistance.

如用戶未能在郵箱中找到有關重置 eClass 密碼的電子郵件 , 有機會是登記的電郵地址有問題, 可以打電話到培僑書院校務處 (電話:26023166) 再作處理。
