The student should bring their [Student ID Card] or [Student Handbook] to Room RM304 to seek assistance from the IT Department. An IT colleague will verify that the photo on the document matches the student and will process the request immediately.

Referral by Teachers
Teachers should submit an IT Request via the school's Teamwork platform, specifying the following information:
- Student's Full Name
- Student's ID Number
- Class
- Class Number
- The account requiring a password reset (Google)

教師通過學校Teamwork提交IT Request,並注明:
- 學生姓名
- 學生編號
- 班級
- 學號
- 需重置的帳號(Google)
Referral by the General Office
Students can go to the General Office for identity verification, or parents can call the General Office. The General Office staff must verify the parent-child relationship and the student's basic information with the parent. After confirmation, a General Office staff member will submit an IT Request via the school's Teamwork platform, specifying the following information:
- Student's Full Name
- Student's ID Number
- Class
- Class Number
- The account requiring a password reset (Google)
校務處轉介
學生到校務處職員核實或家長致電校務處,校務處需與家長核實親子關係及學生基本資訊,核實無誤後,通過學校Teamwork提交IT Request,並注明:
- 學生姓名
- 學生編號
- 班級
- 學號
- 需重置的帳號(Google)
